Yes. Existing cup samples featuring our standard designs can be provided free of charge, with courier costs paid by the buyer. Custom or counter samples require a sample fee, and shipping costs are charged separately. Applicable fees will be confirmed based on the product and sampling requirements.

Lead time depends on the product category, order quantity, printing requirements, packaging format and production schedule. For urgent orders, please check with us in advance.

Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea. Samples or urgent orders can be arranged by air or courier. Shipping method, destination port and trade terms will be confirmed based on each order.

Yes. We support logo printing, private label packaging, retail-ready packaging and custom designs. Buyers can provide their own artwork or discuss packaging requirements with us.

Vector files are preferred, such as AI, PDF, CDR or EPS. High-resolution image files are recommended for better printing quality.

Yes. For customized products, we can provide a digital proof before mass production. Production will start after the artwork, color, specification and packaging details are confirmed.

Yes. For party and seasonal collections, matching paper cups, plates, bowls, napkins, table covers and related items can be developed as one complete collection for bulk sourcing and retail display.
